Tracy DeCarlo, owner of One Stop, has been in the building industry for 15 years. She is a Florida Green Building Coalition Certifying Agent, a Green Home Verifying Agent for the National Association of Home Builders, Chair of the Green Building Advisory Board at the Metro Orlando Home Builders Association, and past Chair of the Homes Committee for the Florida Green Building Coalition. Tracy has earned the designation of Advanced Green Builder Certified (20 hour course in building science) as well as Certified Green Professional. In addition, she is a commercial and residential Water Star certifying agent. She uses her construction background to successfully lead builders through the green building and documentation processes.
