Having obtained the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED Accredited Professional, the Florida Green Building Coalition's Certifying Agent, Eco-Broker and the National Association of Realtors(NAR) GREEN designations, I have started a new consulting and real estate brokerage company. Green Realty Advisors (GRA) specializes in everything "Green/Sustainable/Eco" as it relates to the Real Estate industry, from helping home owners save money on electric bills and living a healthier life to LEED/FGBC project administration/consulting of commercial buildings and homes. GRA works directly with investors of both commercial and multi-family properties; acquisition, disposal and property management.
GRA is South Florida's only brokerage to exclusivity list only "Green" residential and commercial properties.
